Microsoft Software Assurance (SA) training credits can be used to take any Official Microsoft Learning Product offered in a classroom environment through a Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions. View Eligible Courses Online.

Do the Software Assurance Vouchers Expire?
Yes, Software Assurance benefits do expire.
Many organizations that use Microsoft software in their organizations are often not aware that they have these benefits available to them until it is too late.

What should I do to find electronic vouchers at my organization?

Contact your software purchasing manager or IT manager to find out if your organization has electronic vouchers.
Look for “SA Pack MVL” on your Microsoft Licensing invoice. This means your organization participates, so electronic vouchers are available.
Each organization in the Software Assurance program must identify a Training Administrator for the electronic vouchers. Contact that individual in your organization to claim them for training.

How do I qualify for free Microsoft Training?

If your organization is a volume licensor of Microsoft software, you most likely participate in Software Assurance and could qualify for multiple days of free training.
If your organization has purchased 50 or more Microsoft licenses in the past 2 years, you may currently have electronic vouchers good for classroom training at Productivity Point.
